Full-Time Employment

Management Training Program

The purpose of this program is to recruit, train, and evaluate potential Office Managers who would head operations at satellite branches if they excel in it.

New trainees will be offered entry into the training program after a successful interview, and current employees that are interested will enter as a mutual decision by the employee and their supervisors. QC retains the right to terminate the program at any time.

During the process, the trainee will be under the guidance of the Management Training Program (MTP) Coordinator. They will be given assignments and facilitated opportunities for exposure and practice in the pre-determined Quality Counts areas. Trainees will be given a training notebook where they can assemble and organize resources they can refer to as they continue to grow in the company and expand their skills. Staff members who work with the trainee will be asked to evaluate them within the scope of the various activities which they were involved. This tighter scoped feedback will help to realign the trainee and refine expectations to assure a fair assessment. If the program reaches 12 weeks, an evaluation will be done and a decision will be made by relevant members of the QC management team as to the future of the trainee.

Sincerely,

QC Team
